The Roaring 2000's?

This article in The Guardian of London examines America's super-rich and the widening gap between the rich few and the working poor.

It's interesting that they refer to the Roaring 20's as being analogous to our current American socio-economic situation. The scary question is, how will it end? In 1929, the Great Depression brought the Roaring 20's to a screeching disasterous stop.
